Talent Accquire?

Talent Accquire addresses the friction in high-volume hiring. As the Frontend Architect, I engineered a responsive interface that serves two distinct user personas: Recruiters (Dashboard, Analytics, Candidate Pipelines) and Candidates (Assessments, Profile Management). The critical component was the 'Assessment Engine,' which required robust state management to handle timed tests, code execution, and anti-cheat mechanisms without compromising user experience.
